Instructions

1. Download the Time Zone data tool file by right-clicking it and saving it to your computer (see References).

2. Double-click the file to open it on your computer. This will automatically bring the "Setup" screen.

3. Follow the instructions on the installation wizard to install your driver.

4. Go to "Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office Outlook Tools > Time Zone Data Update Tool."

5. Choose "Time Zone Daylight Savings Update Mode" to set your Outlook calendar to the correct time.

6. Check off the box that says "Update to reflect changes to Windows time zones," save your changes and close the window.
