How to Enter a Honda Anti-Theft Radio Code
Honda employs an anti-theft device in its radios that locks the radio if the battery is disconnected. This anti-theft measure prevents a thief from using a stolen radio. Once you restore power, the radio cannot be used unless you enter the vehicle's radio unlock code. You must have this code from the manufacturer, and if you don't, you'll need to have your Honda dealership replace the radio or reset the radio for you.
