How to Troubleshoot an HP 7350 Printer With Windows XP

Log on to your computer and click on the "Start" button. Choose "Control Panel" and double-click on the "Printers and Faxes" icon.

Highlight your HP 7350 printer and right-click on it. Choose "Properties" from the drop-down list and click the "Print Test Page" button.

Wait for the test page to print. If the test page fails to print remove the cable from the back of the printer and the computer and carefully reseat the cable. Make sure the cable is tight, then print another test page.

Reinstall the printer driver for the HP 7350 if the printer still does not work. Go to the HP website and click on the "Support and Drivers" section. Type "7350" in the box and download the most recent driver for the XP operating system.

Download and install the driver for the XP operating system and print a test page when you are done.
