How to Make Your Own Font Characters
Creating your own font characters is simple and free. If you have a Microsoft Windows operating system, then there is a free font making tool which is already installed and ready to be used on your computer. All you have to do is access that tool and create your own font.

Press the Windows "Start" button which is located on the lower, left-hand corner of the tool bar. Type in the word "run" and select "Run." A pop-up window named "Run" will appear.

Type in C:\WINDOWS\system32\eudcedit.exe and select "Ok." This will get the font tool started on your computer.

Select a code from the grid. Click on the code of your selection. There is no particular reason for picking a code in particular, just select one of the boxes and then click "OK" to get started.

Create your font characters using the tools located on the left-hand side of the screen. Make sure that you create as many characters as you want to create. When you're done, you can link the characters fonts already in your computer by selecting "File/Font Links" and choosing to either link your characters with all fonts, or a particular font family.

Save your work when you are done by selecting "Edit/Save character" or "Edit/Save character as..."
