Fouled spark plugs will stop your Nissan from running.

Spark plugs ignite the gas inside the engine with a spark generated at the tip of each spark plug, between the metal pin in the center of the spark plug and the small metal arm above the metal pin. The spark plugs on a 2005 Nissan V6 engine are located on the right and left side of the engine above the headers. Before you can insert the new spark plugs, you will need to use a spark plug gapping tool to set the gap between the metal pin and the metal arm for each spark plug.
