How to Forward User Email in Lotus Notes 8
In order to forward users emails in Lotus Notes 8, you must first create a user rule for that. This is a process that is easy to do. You can customize your Lotus Notes Rules, so that you can have various emails forwarded to different users, depending on the names of the senders, the subject lines or any other type of information you'd like to use to classify the emails. Setting up rules for forwarding emails in Lotus Notes is easy and can be done in a few minutes.

Open up your Lotus Notes and click "Tools" and then "Rules" and then "Create new rule."

Click the drop-down menu under "Create Condition," and click "Select all documents." Then click "add." The condition should appear under "When all mail arrives."

Click on "Specify Actions" and then "Send Copy to" and then specify the locations you would like to forward messages to.

Click on "Actions" and specify what emails you would like to forward.

Click "Finish" to finish the process. Your messages will now be forwarded when they meet the specifications, and they will be forwarded where you intend them to be.
