How to Clean Wooden Chairs
Wooden chairs are found in many areas of the home, from dining room sets to desk chairs. The wood requires little maintenance aside from regular cleaning, which makes wooden furniture a popular option for many homeowners. Some people opt to pay high prices for expensive wood cleaning products, but you can make your own homemade wood cleaner that will work just as well at a fraction of the price. Dust the chairs regularly with a dry cleaning cloth.

Moisten a cloth with plain water, wring it out, and wipe it over chairs that require a bit more than a simple dusting.

Disinfect and moisturize the chairs with a homemade solution. Mix equal parts of vinegar and olive oil, making enough to clean all of your wooden furniture.

Dip a cleaning cloth into the mixture, and wring it out slightly.

Rub the cleaning solution into all of the wooden furniture, following the grain of the wood. Allow it to dry a few hours, or overnight when possible.

Wipe the furniture with a clean, dry cloth to remove any excess oil.
