Powerpoint Tutorial on How to Enlarge Document Text

You use PowerPoint 2007, part of the Microsoft Office Suite of productivity applications, to create slide show presentations. Whether you use one of PowerPoint's preset design themes, or create your own, virtually every element of a slide is customizable. When creating a PowerPoint presentation, use a font that is clearly legible and use a font size that is easy to read.

Instructions

    • 1

Click and drag the cursor over the text in your presentation that you want to enlarge to select it.

    • 2

Use the toolbar that appears next to the text when you select it to enlarge the text or use the "Font" menu in the "Home" tab.

    • 3

Adjust the font size by selecting from the font size pull down menu. Alternatively, click the increase font size button, which is an "A" with an arrow going up, to go increase the size of the selected text incrementally.
