How to Distort a Picture With Paint Shop Pro

You can use Paint Shop Pro to add a variety of distortions to a picture for weird and wonderful effects.

These instructions are for version 5.0 and above.

Things You'll Need

• Computers
• Paint Shop Pro

Instructions

1. Start Paint Shop Pro. Click File and select Open.

2. Locate your image and click Open.

3. Select Deformations and then Deformations Browser from the Image menu.

4. Click on each deformation to see a preview. Click on the deformation you wish to use and select Apply.

5. Follow the directions in the dialog box for each deformation. You will see a preview image before selecting OK.

6. Select Save As from the File menu and save your picture under a different name so that you have the original as well as the distorted version.

Tips & Warnings

• Select Undo from the Edit menu to undo a distortion.
