Open up Microsoft Office Publisher from the Start menu.

Click on the word "Certificate" that appears on the left hand side of the page. Scroll down through the templates until you find one that is appropriate for baseball. You may decide to pick a template that has a fancy border and upload a baseball picture on your own.
To upload a picture onto a template, click on the "Add Picture" icon at the top of the screen. Browse through your images or clip art files, and click on the desired image to have it loaded onto your certificate. You can change the size of the picture as well as its location.

Add the text to your baseball certificate. Include the name of the person the certificate is for, the date, his or her team, and what the achievement was. The text and font can be customized as you like. Have the player's name in a large font. Use the print preview feature on your computer to ensure that the certificate is exactly how you want it before printing.
