How Can I Put Music on My iPod From Frostwire?
FrostWire is a file sharing interface similar to other peer-to-peer networks like LimeWire. The program easily integrates with iTunes, the file management software for iPod. You can manually drag your downloaded FrostWire music to your iTunes interface from the Saved folder on your computer, or you can utilize FrostWire's media transfer capabilities to download music to your iPod.

Launch iTunes. Then plug in your iPod device into your computer using the USB sync cable. You should see the iPod device name appear in the left column of the iTunes interface.

Select a playlist underneath your device name where you would like to save your downloaded FrostWire music to.

Launch FrostWire.

Select the "Library" button. The Library will list all of your downloaded music files.

Select the songs in your Library that you want to download to your iPod. If you have a lot of downloaded music, you may want to enter in the artist name or song title into the search field at the top of the interface and locate exactly the songs in your Library that you want to download.

Drag your selected song(s) from your FrostWire library into your iTunes playlist. The song(s) will then sync to your iPod.
