Inserting a Spiral Nose Ring
-
1
Wash your hands before touching the spiral nose ring or the nose itself.
-
2
Wipe the spiral nose ring with saline solution to avoid any dirt or bacteria entering the piercing. Use some saline solution on the nose and piercing hole as well.
-
-
3
Remove the balls at the end of spiral nose ring, if it has them. This is done by slowly screwing them off using your fingers.
-
4
Hold on to one end of the spiral nose ring. This should not be the end that is going through the piercing hole.
-
5
Place the spiral nose ring in front of the piercing hole. Gently push it through the hole just enough so that the ring enters the hole.
-
6
Begin screwing and twisting the spiral nose ring through the piercing hole in a slow manner. Follow the turns of the spirals on the nose ring.
-
7
Adjust the nose ring once it has been inserted. Screw the balls back on the ends of the nose ring, if applicable. This will ensure that the spiral nose ring does not fall out.
-
8
Clean the nose, the piercing hole and your hands to avoid any bacteria or infections.
