Use Microsoft Excel to convert Word form data.

Microsoft Word provides the ability to create interactive form that users can complete. You might need to extract the form data into a spreadsheet, for instance, if you want to analyze and compare data among multiple form answers. Instead of doing this manually (which could take quite a long time), convert the form using Microsoft Excel's Text Import Wizard.
