How to Transfer Media Player Music to an iPod
Apple released the iPod in 2001. The iPod is synced, edited and controlled with your computer's iTunes program. It is through iTunes that you add and remove file from your iPod, and you cannot sync directly to other programs, such as Windows Media Player. You can, however, transfer your entire customized Media Player library to your iTunes in just seconds and add the entire Media Player catalog to your iPod with a few clicks.
