1
Paint a 12-inch dowel with a paint pen. Use white, silver or gold to go with the wand decorations you have chosen. Allow the dowel to dry completely.
-
2
Remove the stem from an artificial daisy. The flower should have a flat back. Use craft glue to adhere the back of the daisy to the dowel.

3
Cut three pieces of ribbon, each 2 feet long. Place a small amount of craft glue at each end of the ribbons and apply glitter. All six ends of the ribbons should be glittery. Allow the glue to dry.
-
4
Tie the ribbons around the dowel directly below the daisy. Tie the pieces securely with the ends even. Place a dot of craft glue on the dowel to hold the ribbons in place. Allow the glue to dry. The knots will stay under the daisy and the ribbon ends will hang free.

5
Cut a piece of netting 3 inches wide and 12 inches long. Thread a needle and double the thread, tying a knot at the end with both thread ends together. Fold the netting in half lengthwise to find the middle. Sew a running stitch at this point, all along the length of the netting. You will sew 12 inches along the center of the net. Do not make a knot at the end of the net.
-
6
Pull the thread to cause the net to gather. Gather all of the netting up as tightly as possible. Take a stitch or two to secure the thread, then knot the thread and clip it off.
-
7
Wrap the gathered netting around the dowel over the ribbon knots and right below the daisy. The net layers should fluff out like a tutu. Use craft glue to secure the netting over the ribbon. Allow the glue to dry.
