How to Cancel an MSN Internet Dial-Up Subscription
MSN is just one of many companies which provide users with access to the Internet for monthly subscription fees. Should you wish to cancel your MSN subscription at any time, you must do so over the phone. Currently an account cannot be closed via the Internet. - First and last name registered to your account

Create a new email account with either your new Internet service provider or a free host such as Gmail or Yahoo. Forward all of the mail you wish to keep from your MSN account to this new address.

Contact MSN customer support at (800) 386-5550.

Speak with a Customer Service Representative and ask them to cancel your service. You may be asked to verify your identity.

Ask for a confirmation number to save for your records and check your credit card statements carefully to ensure the account was canceled.
