Comcast digital voice allows customers to access digital voice mail remotely by telephone and through the Internet; both of these services are included in each voice mail plan.
Instructions
-
Accessing Remote Voice Mail Through a Telephone
-
1
From any remote telephone, dial your home telephone number. If the telephone call is out of the calling area, dial the area code first, followed by the home telephone number (example: 1-555-555-5555).
-
2
When the personal greeting comes on the line, press the pound key on the telephone's keypad. The pound key will bring you to the next greeting.
-
-
3
Enter your personal password, after or during the greeting. Once the password is entered on the phone's keypad, the voice mail will begin.
