How to Connect the RF Modulator on a Philips Stereo

You can use an RF modulator to connect to a Philips stereo if you have an older TV that only has a coaxial antenna input. Some types of RF modulators have a stereo connection that can combine the audio and video that is sent to the TV. This allows you to hear the audio from the speakers on the TV.

Instructions

      Connect one end of an RCA audio cable to the audio outputs on your satellite receiver or cable box. Connect the other end of the cable to the audio input on the Phillips stereo receiver.

      Connect one end of another RCA audio cable to the audio outputs on the Phillips stereo receiver. Connect the other end of the cable to the audio inputs on the RF modulator.

      Connect one end of an RCA video cable to the video output on the satellite receiver or cable box. Connect the other end of the cable to the video input on the RF modulator.
