How to Become a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Maryland

The path to a career as a Maryland real estate broker is long, but not overly difficult. Maryland expects a fair amount of training and on-the-job experience from broker applicants. The successful real estate broker will possess good communication and sales skills and an understanding of the community and national real estate trends.
