How to Remove Wax From the Hands
If you have sticky body wax on your hands for hair removal, you can get rid of the wax with just a few common household items. Things You'll Need
- Washcloths
- Large bowl
- Liquid dish detergent
- Lemon juice
- Baby oil
- Commercial wax remover

Soak a clean washcloth in warm water. Scrub the washcloth over your hands to remove any excess wax.

Fill a bowl large enough for both your hands with warm water. Place a few drops of liquid dish detergent and a little lemon juice in the bowl, and soak your hands for five to ten minutes.

Add a dime-size amount of baby oil to your hands. Rub your hands together to remove leftover wax.

Apply your preferred hand lotion three times a day. Continue to soak your hands and use baby oil if you still notice traces of body wax on your hands.

Purchase a commercial wax removal liquid. If the wax will not budge and it continues to irritate your hands, purchase a commercial removal product at your local health and beauty supply store.
