The sun is a natural bleaching agent. Place red sauce stained dishes out in the sunlight for a few hours while you clean up the rest of the dishes and do other things. The sun helps to bleach and remove the stain.

Start with a cold water rinse. Rinse all red sauce stained dishes with cold water prior to washing.

Fill your kitchen sink with hot water and enough liquid dish washing detergent to make a good lather.

Plastic mesh scrubbers work great on dishes. Wash the red sauce stained dishes, scrubbing them out with a plastic mesh scrubber, then rinse with cool water and allow the dishes to air dry.
