How to Make Photo Quilt Labels

How to Make Photo Quilt Labels thumbnail
Add a photo label to a quilt.

A photo quilt label can personalize a handmade quilt while providing important documentation. Quilt labels should include the name of the quilt artist, the city and state the artist lives in and the year the quilt was completed. Adding a photograph of the artist to the label, or possibly the recipient if the quilt is a gift, can be accomplished with a digitized photograph. The photo quilt label should be sewn to the back of the quilt. A photo label could also be added to an antique quilt with information about the quilt's history.
