1
Choose the location for your outdoor shower stand. Mark the location for each post that will support the shower stand with a rock or some other handy item. The shower stand area should be roughly 3 feet by 4 feet, but you can adjust the dimensions of the shower area according to your preferences.

Push a post hole digger into the ground where you will insert a post, then lift the digger out and lay the dirt that was scooped by the digger aside. Continue digging until you've dug a hole about 2 feet deep.

3
Dig the remaining three holes for the posts. Insert a measuring stick into each hole to check the depth of the holes.
-
4
Install the posts into the four holes, about 2 feet into the ground.
-
5
Make a concrete mix. Mix the cement and water according to the manufacturer's instructions. The concrete mix should have a pudding-like consistency. Use a hoe to mix the cement and water together.
-
6
Ask a friend to support each post as it stands on the hole. Check if the posts are straight using a carpenter's level, then pour concrete into the holes around the posts using a shovel. Poke the concrete down into the holes with a stick.
-
7
Build a wall around the sides of the posts, then install a shower on one corner of the shower area. You can use one of the posts to mount your shower.
