How to Obtain a Copy of the EEOC Compliance Manual
The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) maintains a comprehensive set of guidelines for employers. This information enables employers to ensure they are in compliance with laws governing workers’ civil rights. Often called the EEOC Compliance Manual, this set of guidelines is an essential tool for management and human resources personnel. Since 2005, the EEOC has not published the Compliance Manual as a single volume. It is available on a section-by-section basis directly from the EEOC. If you want a copy of the entire EEOC Compliance Manual, it is available from a commercial provider, CCH Aspen Publishing.
