Step 1
Open the Start menu and choose Help.

Click on the Contents tab.

Click on Troubleshooting. Click on one of the items that appears. The information will appear on the right side of the help window.

From the Start menu, click on Help. A window will open.

Click on the Contents tab.

Click on any item in the Table of Contents to produce a broader menu.

Click a help topic, and the information will appear on the right side of the help window.

Open the Start menu and choose Help.

Click on the Search tab for the search function.

Enter a word or phrase that describes the topic you're looking for. Click on List Topics. A list of topics will appear in the box below.

Select the one that interests you, then click on Display. The information appears on the right side of the help window.

Reopen the Start menu and choose Help.

Step 6
Click on the Index tab to use the index. You can either scroll through the list or type in a keyword that you want to find.

Step 7
When the keyword is located, select it, then click on Display. The information appears on the right side of the help window.
