How to Create a New Windows Folder
Folders allow Windows users to organize files and other folders. You can have multiple sub-folders contained within a single parent folder. For example, by default the "My Documents" folder automatically contains the "My Pictures" and "My Music" sub-folders. New folders can be created on the user's Desktop or in any other folder using the Windows Explorer file browser.
