Tutorial for No Terra Email in Outlook
Included as part of the Microsoft Office suite of productivity products, Microsoft Outlook is a widely used personal information management application. Though it provides a host of features, including calendars, to-do lists and address books, it is best known for its ability to send, receive, manage and search email messages. Outlook supports a wide range of email protocols, including the POP3 protocol used by Terra. Once you understand the required steps and settings, configuring your Terra account to send and receive email using Outlook is a quick task.

Open Microsoft Outlook.

Click "Tools" in the top menu bar and select "E-mail Accounts."

Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next."

Select "POP3" and click "Next."

Enter your name and Terra email address in the fields below the "User Information" heading.

Enter your user name and password in the fields below the "Logon Information" heading. List your user name in the following format: "username.terra.es" (without quotation marks).

Enter "pop3.terra.es" (without quotation marks) in the "Incoming mail server (POP3)" field.

Enter "mailhost.terra.es" (without quotation marks) in the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" field.

Click "Test Account Settings." If any part of the test fails, verify the accuracy of the values entered in Step 5 through 8, and then repeat the test.

Click "Next."

Click "Finish." You can now send and receive Terra email messages using Microsoft Outlook.
