How to Compress a Video File to Download Onto YouTube
YouTube is a site for watching videos and sharing your own videos with people all over the world. Unfortunately for users, it does have restrictions on the size of video files you can upload, the length of videos you can upload and the video file formats it accepts. For general users, videos must be under 2 GB, no longer than 10 minutes, and one of eight file formats.

Tips & Warnings
Do not compress a video more than you have to. If your video file is only slightly larger than 2 GB, then you should compress it as little as possible to retain its quality.
Pavtube has a free trial version to download, but it does not feature the same support as the paid version.
