To get your correct bra band size, use your measuring tape and wrap it around your entire chest. The area you want to measure is underneath your arms but above your bustline. If your measurement is an even number, say a 32, then that is your band size. Otherwise, for odd numbers, say a 33, you have to add one (which would make our example a 34) and that will be your band size.

Your correct bra cup size is just as easy to find. Use your measuring tape to measure around the fullest part of your bustline and then subtract your band size from this number. Each inch left over from that equation will represent a cup size. For example, if the measurement for your band size was 37 and your cup size measurement was 39, you would be a 37B bra size.
