How to Create Free Flash Videos
Because of their small file sizes, Flash videos, which are created in Flash animation software, are commonly used for uploading video to websites. Websites that open with animated intros or graphic title sequences often use Flash video formats, such as FLV or SWF, and video-sharing sites like Albino Blacksheep and Funny Games host Flash animations. While you cannot create completely original Flash videos for free, you can create Flash videos out of a few premade design features for free online.

Tips & Warnings
Flashberry is another free Flash system (see Resources.) It allows you to create simple---mainly text---Flash animations, which are perfect for website intros, but does not provide characters or other "video" features.
Though the main part of the system is free, GoAnimate has extra features that you must purchase to use.
Macromedia Flash Player 10.0.12 must be installed on a computer to use Go Animate.
Flashberry only operates in Internet Explorer.
