How to Play Risk World Conquest Game
The object of Risk World Conquest Game is just like it sounds--world domination. To win, a player must conquer opponent's territories by launching attacks while defending their own countries.

Select which color of army pieces you will use during the game. Distribute armies depending on the number of players. If there are three players, each person receives 35 infantry. If four people are playing, each person receives 30 pieces of infantry. For each additional player, decrease the amount of armies given to each player by five.

Roll a die to see which player goes first. The highest roller places one infantry piece on a territory, thus claiming it for his country. Moving clockwise, each player claims one territory at a time. Once all 42 territories have been claimed, continue to place one infantry on any of your claimed territories until all armies have been placed. There is no limit to the number of armies that you can place on a territory.

Begin attacking and defending. The highest roller begins by attacking an adjacent territory. You can roll up to three dice to attack an adjacent territory. As attacker you must have one more army piece than the number of dice you want to roll. The defender may roll up to two dice. As defender you must have an equal number of armies as dice you are rolling. Players roll at the same time. Compare the two highest dice; the player with the lowest number loses an army piece. If each player rolled more than one die, compare the next two highest dice. Once again the lowest number loses an army piece. If a tie occurs the defender always wins. An attacker can withdraw at any time.

Claim the territory once the defender has lost all of his armies on that piece of land. Move the same number of armies as the dice rolled onto the new territory. If an an attack eliminates an opponent, the attacker receives any risk cards that that player had. Turn in any matches at that time. Matching sets may be any of the following: three identical army pictures, three completely different army pictures, or two of any design and a wild card. If a player holds one of the pictured territories, he receives an additional two infantry pieces, both of which he must place on that territory.

Fortify a territory by moving troops from one territory to another adjacent territory. You may move any number of troops. One army must be left on the adjacent territory. Select a risk card if a territory was captured during that turn. Play moves clockwise to the next player until all players have battled once.

At the beginning of each subsequent turn, calculate how many additional armies should be awarded. Place each army before attacking. Additional armies are awarded by turning in matched sets of risk cards, holding an entire continent or based on the number of territories held at that time. Count the number of territories held at that time and divide by three. For example if a player holds 15 territories, she will receive five extra infantry pieces. If a player holds less than nine territories, she will always receive three infantry pieces.

Tips & Warnings
Watch your opponent's army placements. If an opponent is building armies on a specific territory, he might be planning an attack on an adjacent country.
