How to Use Coca Cola to Remove Toilet Stains
Very few people enjoy cleaning, and perhaps even fewer enjoy cleaning the bathroom. While it is, generally, not the most exciting thing to do, cleaning the toilet must be done. Not many people look forward to the bathroom becoming enveloped in a smell of cleaning products, or sometimes you may go to clean the toilet but realize that you are out of cleaning products. A simple solution to these problems may be Coca Cola. Coca Cola contains phosphoric acid and citric acid, which help remove lime, calcium, hard water and ordinary waste stains when left on a stained area. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Pour a can of Coca Cola into the toilet bowl. Pour the can from the top of the toilet bowl rim, making sure to cover the entire bowl. Let the Coca Cola sit in the bowl for at least an hour, but you can let it sit longer for tougher calcium, lime, hard water and waste stains.

2
Flush the toilet. Flushing the toilet after an hour will rinse the bowl clean of the Coca Cola and will also remove some of the residue or calcium and hard water stains built up on the bowl.

3
Scrub the bowl with the toilet brush to remove any excess residue. If there are some calcium deposits or lime and hard water stains left after the toilet was flushed, the acids in the Coca Cola should have loosened them up and they should come up relatively easily with some scrubbing.
