How to Download Music to a Sansa Disk 1GB MP3 Player
The Sansa digital music player allows you to take all the MP3 files from your computer and listen to them no matter where you go. However, there is no program that automatically updates your Sansa player, so you have to manually transfer your music. Once you've found a suitable way to download music, transferring that music onto your Sansa player is just a drag and click away.

Tips & Warnings
If you want the files to remain on your computer as well as your Sansa player, you can copy and paste the files into the "My Music" folder instead of dragging them.
Your Sansa player will have warnings that pop up if you load song repeats or songs that "have one or more properties outside of device limits." Your song transfer will be on hold until you respond to these warnings.
