How to Clean Dog Urine From a Laminate Floor

Dog urine can permanently stain laminate flooring.

Laminate flooring uses layers that create a smooth surface. If a dog has an accident on laminate floor, it can leave a permanent stain based on the color and finish of the laminate floor. To get the odor of dog urine out of your floor, use white vinegar, which also cleans the area.

Things You'll Need

• White vinegar
• 2 cloths
• Spray bottle
• Warm water
• Paper towel

Instructions

1. Wipe up as much urine as you can with a paper towel.

2. Fill a spray bottle with white vinegar.

3. Spray the urine stain with the spray bottle so a good amount of white vinegar covers the area.

4. Rub a soft cloth in a circular motion over the white vinegar.

5. Dampen another cloth with warm water and use it to clean off the vinegar.

6. Blot a paper towel over the area to dry.
