How to Use a Bit Torrent to Play Games

A "bit torrent" is a file used by the program Bit Torrent. Bit Torrent files, once opened with the program, allow you to download games from other users over the Internet. You can then install the game you downloaded and play it on your computer. The Bit Torrent program is free to download and install.

Instructions

1. Download and install Bit Torrent.

2. Right-click on the torrent file. Select "Open With." Choose "Bit Torrent" and click "OK." The program should open automatically and begin downloading your game file. You can watch the status bar of the torrent as it downloads.

3. Right-click on the torrent inside of the Bit Torrent program once it completes. Select "open containing folder." This brings up the game installation file you downloaded. Double-click on it to begin installation of the game, which you can start playing once it's done.
