IncrediMail is a free email client that lets you jazz up your email messages that you send to your friends and family. The application lets you add emoticon, animation, 3D effects and sounds to your messages. You can easily use your Web-based email account with IncrediMail if you set it up in the application. To do so, it takes about five minutes.

Instructions

      Obtain the name of your incoming and outgoing mail server, the type of mail server, your account name and your account password. You will need it to set up IncrediMail.

      Open your IncrediMail application.

      Click "Tools" in your main menu bar. Scroll down, click "Accounts" and select "mail."

      Hit the "Add" button.

      Click the radio button next to "Let me configure settings myself." Hit the "Next" button.

      Type your name and you email address in the appropriate fields. Hit the "Next" button.

      Click on the drop-down menu and choose the type of incoming mail server. Type the name of the incoming and outgoing mail servers in the fields. Hit the "Next" button. This is part of the information that you learned in Step 1.

      Type your account name and password in the fields provided on the next page. This is part of the information that you learned in Step 1.

      Click on the "Finish" button.
