How to Make an ISO With Nero 9

An ISO file is a disc image file that can be stored on your computer and burnt to a blank disc like a DVD. Creating these ISO files can be a little difficult because of the proper settings that you need to pick before the ISO creation takes place. There are a few programs that choose the proper settings for you, and one of them is called Nero 9. This program makes it easy to create ISOs.

Instructions

1. Download and install Nero 9. (See Resources.)

2. Click on "Data Burning" from the main menu. Click the "Destination Drive" drop-down menu and click "Image Recorder." Click the "Browse" button and select the place that you want to save the ISO file to.

3. Locate the files that you want to create the ISO file from and select them. Drag them into the open Nero 9 window and they will be automatically added. Click the "Burn" button to create the ISO file.
