      Go to the Windows 98SE Boot Disc Image Download page from the link provided in the References section in this article.

      Click on the Windows 98SE link to begin the ISO file download. If you do not have a Ramdrive, download the version with "(No Ramdrive)" in the title.

      Go to the ImgBurn software download page (see link provided in References section of this article) and download ImgBurn. There are many burning ROMs available that will burn an ISO to a CD, however ImgBurn is free and works very well. Install ImgBurn once it finishes downloading.

      Insert the blank CD into your CD burner.

      Launch the ImgBurn software and click "Write image file to disc."

      Select the ISO file that was just downloaded by clicking the "Browse for File" button in ImgBurn.

      Click "Write" at the bottom of the window to begin the burn. When the disc is finished being burned it will be ready to use.
