How to Reset My Computer to Delete Viruses
Your computer is fried from virus infections to the point that it just doesn't operate properly. You have only two good options. You can buy a new computer or you can reset the one you have. Obviously, resetting your computer is the cheaper way to go, and as long as you don't have a lot of files that need to be moved, it isn't very difficult.

1
Insert your reconfiguration disk, sometimes called a reboot disk or restore disk, into the CD drive. If you don't have the disk, your computer might have the program built in. Continue to the next step.

2
Shut down your computer and restart it. If you don't have a disk, look for the option during reboot to hit the F11 key. It will go by quickly, so make sure you select it when you see it. If you are running off the restore disk the program will take you to the same screen as the F11 key, but the computer will be running the program off the disk.

3
Select the option you want when the restoration screen comes up. You will have the option of moving all files to a saved folder and wiping the rest of the computer clean, or stripping the whole computer of all files. The second option will delete all files. If you want to choose this option, you might want to go back into your computer and save any files you wish to keep.
-
4
Follow any steps that pop up on the screen. These are basically just clicking "OK" to have it continue. The computer will be reset to its original condition, just as when you bought it. All viruses will be deleted during the restoration process, just like the files.
