Make felt trick-or-treat bags as useful party favors. Cut two same-size squares of orange felt and set them on top of each other. Use a craft knife to make slits around three sides of the felt pieces. Weave a long piece of black ribbon through the slits to form a tote; tie the ends of the ribbon together to create a handle. Make a bat or witch shape out of black felt and glue it to the front of the bag.

Design party table place cards using metal treat buckets. Use stencils and black and orange paint to create the party-goer's names on the front of small galvenzied steel buckets. Decorate the buckets with ghost, witch, bat and pumpkin designs. Fill each bucket with a handful of sweet treats, such as mini candy bars and lollipops. Place one bucket at each place setting; guests can take the buckets home as favors.

Enhance the front of the cookie bags with glittery Halloween stickers.

Create simple lollipop ghost party favors. Buy several large round lollipops with wooden sticks. Cut squares of white felt and drape them over the lollipop, leaving most of the stick exposed. Tie the felt at the base of the candy using a black ribbon. Glue plastic googly eyes to the front of the lollipop to form a ghost.
