3
Fill a muslin or cheesecloth tea bag with approximately 1 1/2 tsp. of unscented gel beads. Gel beads are available at candle and craft stores.

Drip essential and fragrant oils directly into the tea bag full of beads. Experiment with blends by adding two to three drops of up to four different oils. Ideal oils for fresh scents include lavender, eucalyptus, jasmine and lemon grass. Roll the beads in the tea bag around with your thumb and forefinger once you add the oils to the sack to help work the scented oils into the beads.

5
Insert the muslin or cheesecloth tea bag into the center of the cotton batting within the small pouch.

6
Use a portable, hand-held sewing machine to stitch the end of the mini sachet pillow. Alternatively, you can hand sew the opening.
