How to Mute a Motorola KRZR Phone

The Motorola KRZR gives you two options for muting the phone. You can set the phone to silence mode, or if you forget to silence it, you can mute the phone when it starts ringing.

Instructions

Mute a Call

1. Flip open your phone when you start receiving a call.

2. Press the left key next to the center button to mute the incoming call, or press "Options."

3. Select "Mute" after opening "Options" to mute the call.

Silent Mode

1. Press the "-" key on the left side of the open phone to turn down the volume. Continually press it until it shows it is in silent mode.

2. Press and hold the "#" key on the phone to set the phone to silent.

3. Press and hold the "#" key or press the "+" key on the phone to take the phone out of silent mode.
