How to Check the RAM Type in a Computer With Win XP
RAM, also known as random access memory, is what enables your computer to write and read data. The more RAM your computer has, the faster and more efficiently it runs. RAM is measured in MB and GB, and Microsoft recommends that computers running Windows XP have at least 128 MB of RAM. If you want to upgrade the memory on your computer, it's important that you first check what type you currently have installed.
