Instructions

      Open the door for easier access to the panel that needs removal. Locate the two screws above the door handle.

      Unscrew the two screws with a Phillips head screwdriver. Place them to the side in a safe place.

      Pry the bottom of the door panel away from the door with a flathead screwdriver. Pull back slowly as the door is held in place with plastic grommets. Slowly pull the panel off the door to break the grip of the grommets.

      Lift the panel up and pull away from the door. This will be necessary to clear the door lock at the top of the door.

      Disconnect all the wiring harnesses from the back of the panel. This is applicable for doors with power windows, power door locks, remote mirror controls and courtesy lighting.

      Stow the panel out of the elements. Ensure it is stored inside as the sun will damage the panel.
