How to Disassemble a Marui Glock

How to Disassemble a Marui Glock thumbnail
Glock is one of the most renowned pistols on the market.

The Glock Marui models are made in Tokyo rather than Austria, but are still the same as every other Glock pistol. On all Glock pistols there are two plastic pieces on the right and left side of the frame in the center of the frame. When the Glock is empty and the firing pin is released from the firing position, the plastic levers can be pulled down to release the slide from the frame. There are four main parts on all Glock models: the frame, slide, barrel and spring.

Instructions

    • 1

Remove the magazine and the bullet from the Marui Glock pistol. Pull back the slide to ensure that no bullets are in the chamber.

    • 2

Locate the small plastic levers on the right and left sides of the pistol. Pull the trigger to release the firing pin.

    • 3

Pull the plastic levers down at the same time and pull the slide backwards one-quarter inch. Push the slide forward and pull the slide off of the frame.

    • 4

Push the spring forward using the small round metal plate as a support for your finger and pull the spring off of the slide. Pull the barrel off of the slide. The pistol is now disassembled.

Tips & Warnings

  • Place all of the Marui Glock's parts on a clean towel while disassembling the pistol.
