Instructions

1. Find free templates for graduation ceremonies or parties online. Ignore websites that charge a fee to download their template, as there are plenty of websites that offer free templates.

2. Choose a template. Some websites require you to create an account by choosing a username and password. In this case, you will need to do this before you can download the template.

3. Some websites allow you to customize the invitation online. Write the text and choose the font color and size according to what options the website offers. Other websites only allow you to customize the invitation after you have downloaded it. Download the invitation and open it either as a word document or a PDF file. Open the invitation when it has downloaded and customize it.

4. Print the invitation on whatever paper you already have on hand.

Tips & Warnings

• When customizing your invitation remember to include the date, time and location of your graduation event. You also may want to include directions to the party or ceremony and a dress code.

• Print your invitations on colored paper rather than choosing templates with colored backgrounds, if you do not have a color printer.
