How to Open .WPS Files in Word 2007
Microsoft Works is a productivity software package produced by Microsoft that is similar to their popular Office package but it is less expensive and has fewer advanced features. Microsoft Works includes a word processor that is able to open normal Word documents, but the native save file format for the works word processor is .WPS. WPS files are compatible with Microsoft Word 2007, but you must instruct your computer to look for .WPS files when attempting to open one with Word.
