How to Record a Greeting in Norstar M7324

The Norstar M7324 is a common-model land-line phone, usually found in professional work place environments. So, it's your first day at the office, and you just can't figure out how to record your voice-mail greeting on it. While understanding how to use some of the phone's functions might not be that intuitive, simply follow the steps below and chances are, you'll never have to reference this twice.

      Press the "Feature" button, or press the "Check Voicemail" button.

    • 2

      Press the buttons "9, 8, 1."

    • 3

      Press the key associated with "ADMIN," when the term appears on the display screen.

    • 4

      Press the "GREET" key.

    • 5

      Press the "REC" key.

    • 6

      Press the "PRIME" key.

    • 7

      Press the "YES" key.

    • 8

      Record your greeting after you hear the tone.

    • 9

      Press the "OK" key to stop recording.

    • 10

      Press the "OK" key again to accept your recording.
