How to Make Things Float With Magnets
Magnets are objects with a strong magnetic field. Magnetic fields are caused either by charged particles or by magnetic forces found in some objects. Magnets have two poles, north and south. Like poles repel each other while different poles attract each other.

Move the magnet over the table, when the magnet on top of the table goes over the area with the magnet underneath the table, the magnet will start to float. This is due to the magnets repelling from each other.
