How to Make a Windows 98 Recovery CD

Windows 98 contains a backup utility that you can utilize in order to create a recovery file containing all of the information on your hard drive. Storing this to CD requires a separate CD burning program, as Windows 98 does not have included CD-burning functionality. Regardless, the entire process can be done in around 20 to 30 minutes.
